You send three of your own AI conversations. We talk for an hour. You get a written report.

Founding price, first 20 clients. From client 21 the price is ¥55,000 incl. tax.
What happens
Before we meet
I send you a short set of prompts and ask for three past conversations.
Pick ones that ran past a single question and actually produced something. A draft, a plan, a piece of analysis.
The hour
We go through what you did, in either language. I am reading how you work, not grading the output.
After
I spend several hours on it and send you a written report within seven working days.
It says where your defaults are costing you, and the specific moves that would change it.
For a company
Decide what is worth doing before spending on it. Two workshops and a written decision.
The same review across a team, plus what the whole group has in common.
One session a month and questions in between. Three months minimum.
How company work starts
The objective benefit model, first
Every company engagement opens the same way. We decide what is actually valuable and what is not, and we agree what success would look like.
Doing this first is the whole difference between AI work that pays and AI work that gets quietly dropped.
Priced by the engagement, not the head
Work about a person is priced per person. Work about a company is priced per engagement.
Each person past four on a team review is ¥33,000, up to eight.
Onsite
Travel inside greater Tokyo is free. Elsewhere in Japan is travel cost plus ¥33,000 a day. Overseas is quoted separately.
Founding companies
The first three companies pay 30 percent less. From the fourth, the prices above apply.
No charges beyond the listed price. Paid to a 合同会社, so no withholding tax applies.
Your material
What you send me is used to write your report and for nothing else.
You can mask names and numbers. The review is about how you worked.
The full promise
I never disclose your material to anyone without your written consent.
If I ever want to describe your case, I ask you in writing first. You see the exact wording before it is published.
Without your permission, neither your name nor your company appears anywhere.
I delete your material within 90 days of delivering the report, or immediately if you ask.
I do not put your material into any external AI service. If that would genuinely help, I ask you in writing first.
I will sign an NDA before we start. Your company's form or mine, whichever you prefer.
How you send it
You upload through a private form made for your engagement, encrypted in transit.
No email attachments and no password-protected ZIP files. If your company requires its own transfer service, I use that instead.
Language
We can work entirely in Japanese. You need no English on your side.
Your report comes in Japanese. An English version is included at no extra charge.
Japanese is not my first language. On detail and on contracts I will ask you to slow down.
